To celebrate Reconciliation Week, we're excited to announce Mulga Bore Hard Rock will now be performing a FREE show at QPAC's Melbourne Street Green.
Somewhere between the red dust of central Australia and the front row of a KISS show, Mulga Bore Hard Rock found their calling. The six-piece family band from Akaye, a remote community two hours northeast of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, have built their sound on a diet of KISS, Guns N' Roses and Status Quo, filtered through the Anmatyerre country they call home. Frontman Alvin Manfong leads the charge with big riffs, even bigger anthems, and lyrics in both English and the language of their mob.
